Navigating the Moment Leadership Bootcamp

Supporting locally led organizations to lead through uncertainty and build what comes next.

This two-week intensive program is designed for senior leadership teams from locally led nonprofit organizations. Consisting of 10 three-hour sessions, the program balances strategy and planning with leadership development and peer to peer network building.

It is designed to:

  • Support senior leaders navigating uncertainty and change

  • Strengthen organizational strategy and resilience

  • Equip teams with practical frameworks they can immediately apply

  • Explore new approaches to sustainability and growth

Curriculum Overview

  • Strategic Leadership

    Participants explore adaptive leadership approaches and frameworks for leading organizations through uncertainty, with a focus on operations, strategy and talent management.

  • Revenue Diversification

    Sessions explore different models for revenue diversification, focusing on approaches that leverage community assets. It includes a discussion of various earned income models, as well as local fundraising and CSR.

  • Scenario Planning

    This series of sessions provides leaders with practical frameworks to manage uncertainty more confidently by developing scenario plans that support their long term vision.

  • Change Management

    Organizations examine how to successfully lead change, align teams around new directions, and build structures capable of supporting transformation.
